Your new benefits Visa card is in this envelope

Look for a white envelope that says, "Your new benefits materials are enclosed."

1. Open the envelope and remove your card.
2. Activate it using the instructions on the card sticker, or in the ZyneraHealth Benefits app.
3. Use the app to check your balance and upload documentation.
